1. To get anywhere you have to start. The odd thing is that it does not matter in which direction you start. As you go, you will learn the best way.
2. To accomplish anything you must want to. Children who are always denied their desires may give up pursuing ambitions when grown.
3. It is more powerful to want than to know how. If you want and start, you will learn how.
4. If you wish to change your emotional perspective and or life direction, the laws of statistical probability will help you. By setting on an intended course random helpful and unhelpful events will occur, but they will be related to the course. As you pay attention to that course, and the helpful events, you will progress positively. If you pay attention to the negative events you will progress negatively.
5. Humans have more than 5 senses. We now know at least some fish have a magnetic crystal in their nose that is connected to their brain that tells them where north is, etc. They detect a magnetic landscape as we see a picture. Humans probably have the same. That makes 6. Can you name others?
6. There is a 99% rule. It’s not done until it is all done. For example, if you spend a very long time building a extensive fence, say 10 miles by 10 miles, and leave the last 10 feet until tomorrow, and put the cows inside it today for whatever reason of expediency, they will get out.
7. Knowledge evolves in freedom to explore and competition to test.
8. There is only one fatal mistake allowed per lifetime. It is better to make small mistakes than big ones. An immunity shot is better than the disease itself.
9. The ‘cauliflower principle’ says that as a group grows, offshoots develop. They develop because they need to feel different. If they have the freedom to develop a related branch, they will remain connected, but different; otherwise they will revolt and develop different anyway.
10. New ideas build on old ideas. Systems become more complex to fit new needs and interests. There is no end to creative development. The legal system is an example. Computers and internet are another
11. If you are not good at it, you can still do it, but it takes more learning and practice, and you may never be as good as a person naturally good at it.
12. There may be a wormhole connection between ‘here/now’ and ‘there/then’. At such connections, knowledge of future events is more easily obtainable by some people.
13. Learning is fun. Learning comes in spurts. People need time to digest learning to make it useful. Doing something else helps digest information, especially something fun. Repetition solidifies learning.
14. If you are not succeeding at something you are trying, it is many times not a lack of energy but a lack of different ideas that is the problem. I saw a bird struggling to fly out through a glass window in a barn. The next space over was open due to a missing glass pain. As I approached it became more and more frantic trying to get through the glass when all it had to do was move over a few inches and fly free through the hole.
15. If one chooses a life direction — interests, etc., the random behavior of the universe statistically chooses a tendency toward helpful events and reality of interest in the direction chosen.
16. On evolution. Better adapted organisms survive better. With the evolution of brain and mind, better adapted and wished for things survive better. Brain learning is passed on to future generations. All evolution builds on past learning-good or bad (ie helpful or unhelpful).
