Wood harvesting:
If you have a wood lot, you can harvest your own wood supply for fuel and building material.
You need to learn how to cut down trees for firewood and/or lumber safely. Then you need to learn to cut the wood up for stove use or for logs for lumber. Then you need some way of moving the wood to the location you need it.
Below is a hay wagon we used to carry logs to our sawmill.
